    Golden Gang: A multi-level cardio fitness class created to increase heart health, while also increasing blanace,  functionality, and coordination through training.  
Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:00-9:45AM

 Silver Sneakers:  Move through music with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball offered for resistance. A chair is also used for seated and/or standing support.

Zumba: A Latin inspired dance fitness class that gets your heart working and booty shaking. Shimmy on in for an hour of non-stop fun!

TBC & B (Total Body Circuit & Balance): Condition your whole body while doing cardio training too! Jump rope, bosu's, hand held weights, and steps are combined to get your aerobic conditioning and toning exercises all at one time.

Drums Alive!: Instead of just hearing the music, you help make it! Blast your cares & calories away while having a drummerrifically wild time! Class is dedicated to bringing out your inner drummer through the usage of drumsticks and stability balls. Step and Strength: Class that provides cardio or strength work or do 45 minutes of one or the other. Come for the first part and get in your cardio work, or  or just come for the latter in which you grow stronger through hand held and ankle weights.                                             Time: Mondays and Wednesdays 5:15pm-6:45pm                      Location: Honesdale             Registration: in person

Boot Camp: Heart pumping cardio is paired with muscle loading strength in this complete body workout that tests your limits. As you move through the stations of strength, then cardio, then back to strength, you feel yourself growing stronger with each one. Yoga: A workout for the mind as well body. Yoga (Chair): Wind down with a class that is the perfect introuction to yoga using a chair for assistance rather going to the floor. Relax and stretch your way to a fitter you!
